CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

 

Power Yoga (Hot Yoga) - Lose weight, increase metabolism, gain strength & flexibility all in one class. A power class for all levels. Taught based on the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga method. A power vinyasa flow sequence that will increase your strength and flexibility and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and totally rejuvenated. All levels are welcome. Room is heated to 90 degrees.

 

Beginners Power Yoga - 60 minute class focusing on the basics to a power vinyasa yoga class. Taught based on the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga method.  Whether you’re new to power or want to fine-tune some of the poses this class is for you! Room is heated to 80 degrees.

 

Beginners Yoga Class - 60 minute class focusing on basic yoga poses, proper alignment, breathing techniques and final relaxation.

 

Community Class - Same quality as the regular classes but just $5/class.

 

Relaxation Yoga  - An all levels class that incorporates yoga poses, breathing techniques and guided relaxation. You will leave class feeling relaxed, refreshed and totally renewed!  Appropriate for beginners and all levels.
